Old mate and lens magician, Mickey Smith, has been at it again. This time he’s telling a story with his spoken word, not just with the images he crafts. It is part of the ‘Do Lectures‘ series, which I don’t know much about, but like the spiel says, it is affirming stuff.

I was away for most of October – mining – and cleared the decks before going. This gave me the chance to deal with a few long finger projects when I was home now and then. This long overdue Aileen’s board finally got sanded and I’ve even taken it for a surf since – although I only managed to catch a single wave… Felt good and solid though.

7’8 x 18 5/8″ x 2 11/16″. (6+6)+(6+6) = 4.9kg.

Dan and Reed on the road again. Happily, I’m not sure if this steed is looking quite as shaky as the ‘Mother-ship’ in ’05, but one thing is for sure – those freshly pressed Gildan’s are smoking!
